One sentence summary: murder whodunnit with a frame story.

Liked:

• clever mystery, solid whodunnit. Frame story is nicely interwoven.
• fast paced book and a relatively easy read

Disliked:

• way too long. The length made it hard to keep up with the frame story and the original, especially since the author keeps referencing the frame story. By the time I reached the end of the book, I’d almost entirely forgotten the frame story.
